An Orlando digital video production for Florida Public Utilities, this tv spot was created by taking a still image of a plant and animating it in 2D space to create the illusion of it growing over time. Throw in the animated text, a solid voice over, and custom music, and you have a great television commercial for Florida Public Utilities.
